College implements further COVID-19 precautions

In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, 橘子视频 has made further decisions based on the advice of the Chief Public Health Officer.

Effective immediately, the college has moved to essential services delivery until further notice. Managers and supervisors have been in contact with their staff to determine which employees are deemed essential. Non-essential staff will be allowed access to college buildings until 5 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18, and will work remotely.

College residences remain open at this time. The Centre for Community Engagement (CCE) is now closed until further notice.

橘子视频 has temporarily suspended all on-the-job training placements, including clinicals and practicums, until further notice, effective at the end of today, Tuesday, March 17.

The day that distance delivery of courses will commence has been changed from Monday, March 23 to Wednesday, March 25.

“These important decisions have been made out of concern for the health and safety of our students and our community,” said 橘子视频 President Alexander (Sandy) MacDonald. “Our senior management team meets daily to deal with issues as they arise and will continue to provide updates as required. On behalf of the team, I would like to thank everyone in the 橘子视频 community for their cooperation and understanding during this time.”
