Early Childhood Educator Smart Start Ferry Road – CHANCES Family Centre
About the Role:
We’re looking for certified Early Childhood Educators (ECI, ECA, ECE) to join our dedicated team at Smart Start Ferry Road. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You’ll design and deliver fun, play-based learning experiences that foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. As an ECE, you’ll also play a key role in building strong, trusting relationships with families, supporting parents and caregivers as active partners in their child’s growth and learning. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do — you’ll work closely with our Early Learning team to plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that meet the diverse needs of the children and families we serve.
