Job Description

CHANCES is seeking Inclusion Support Workers to assist children with additional needs in our Smart Play programs. You’ll support children’s development, collaborate with families and professionals, and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with additional needs in daily activities and individualized programs.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with professionals and parents to achieve developmental goals.
• Assist children in social, emotional, and self-care skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in schoolage or special needs support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and commitment to inclusive practices.
• Valid First aid Valid Food Safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Other

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:30–5:30 PM
• Wage: $16.50/hour
